Alex has extensive experience supporting individuals with autism, beyond his work in disability services and through a lifetime of personal exposure and involvement.

Growing up with close family members on the autism spectrum, he has developed a deep, firsthand understanding of the unique challenges and strengths that come with autism.

His lifelong experience has shaped his empathetic and patient approach, allowing him to provide meaningful, individualized support that fosters confidence, independence, and well-being.

Alex’s ability to connect on a personal level ensures that those he supports feel truly understood and valued. His dedication goes beyond just providing care, he is passionate about advocating for and empowering individuals with autism and other neurodivergent conditions to reach their full potential.

Annalise is the Founder and Director of Hope and Harmony, she brings over a decade of experience in supporting individuals with Foetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) and Autism, providing compassionate and tailored care that makes a real difference in their lives.

Her deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals with these conditions allows her to deliver highly personalized support, focusing on communication, sensory needs, and behavioral strategies that foster growth and independence.

With a strong commitment to building trust and meaningful connections, Annalise creates a supportive environment where individuals feel safe, valued, and empowered.
